A key component of ABEX Institute's client relationship strategy is to provide online trainees with personalised, dedicated and readily accessible support.

Personalised Training

A dedicated E-Tutor will be the key point of contact for the trainee.

Our E-Tutors have a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have been specifically selected for their skills and abilities as leaders, facilitators and motivational trainers.

Our tutors aim to understand your individual needs to help you reach your desired goals, and will provide trainees with the motivation, assistance, guidance and feedback that is needed to ensure that all service level standards are met.

While the main point of communication will be via e-mail, trainees will also be provided with contact details for their allocated E-Tutor who can also be contacted via webcam or over the phone.

Technical Support Service

ABEX Institute endeavours to minimise any technical issues by thorough, cross-platform testing of our E-Learning facility to ensure that any technical problems is kept to a minimum.

Should you have any technical enquiries however, simply contact Technical Support at ABEX Institute. Our technical support team will endeavour to answer any questions regarding software or hardware requirements and will aim to resolve all technical problems in a timely fashion.
