Joanne Kulesza
Managing Director

Joanne Kulesza’s formal qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Science (Chemistry), Bachelor of Education (Secondary) (Chemistry & Biology) and a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.

Joanne holds memberships with the Science Teachers Association of Victoria and is registered with the Department of Education.

Dr Colin Thornby
General Manager

Colin has worked in the health, education and hospitality industries, and brings a range of experience in management and strategic planning. Colin holds qualifications in nursing, education, sociology and business. He is a member of the Royal Australian College of Nursing, the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Sociological Association, the Australian Council for Private Education and Training and the Association for Tertiary Education Management.

Serge Ciciulla
Australasian Development Manager

Serge is currently in the process of completing a Marketing Diploma and has been a major accounts manager for companies such as BHP, TNT and Symbian Health.  Serge has had over 15 years experience in sales and major accounts management

Natalie Schoen
Business Support, Training and Marketing Operations

A native of South Australia, Natalie is currently completing a Bachelor of Business. She has experience in the health, training and insurance industries.

Laura Beattie
Business Support

Laura holds a Certificate III in Business Administration. A recent school leaver, Laura has worked with ABEX since 2006. She works with the administration, training and business development teams to ensure smooth implementation of our training programs.

Julianne Miller
Client Services Manager

Julianne’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Personnel and Industrial Relations, and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Julianne has 11 years experience as a generalist Human Resources Manager in a range of industries including FMCG, Importing and Wholesaling businesses, Food Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Toy Importing/Wholesaling, Plastics Manufacturing, and Information Technology. Companies she has worked for include Adidas, Mars (Master Foods), Unilever and Telstra.

Suzan Harvey
Business Development Consultant

Suzan’s formal qualifications include a BA, Graduate Diploma in Music, Certificate of Business Management and NLP Master Trainer, Practitioner and Coach.

Suzan Harvey has had over 10 years experience in sales and key account management in a range of industries, including IT, recruitment, professional services and online digital media.

Erinn MacGregor
Business Development Consultant

Erinn has 10 years experience working within the Training and Recruitment Industries. Supporting both industrial and commercial clients has seen Erinn develop an in-depth understanding of these industries, allowing her to work in partnership with clients to develop training solutions for every aspect of their business.

Nicholas Robinson
Business Development Consultant

Nicholas is our British Business Development Consultant who joins us with a B.A Honors Degree in Business Management from the University of Salford in the UK.

He has 4 years of sales experience as a recruitment consultant and business development manager and enjoys a consultative approach to business management.
