"Thought I would give you some feedback on the session we did with Serge and Julie yesterday. I found it to be very interesting and helpful.
Two specific things that I used today were:
- increased the amount of detail in my notes and other information entered into my PDA, so that anyone could follow on from me if required. We did some work on the importance of databases.
- Researching and only talking about what it is that our customer needs. I had a great day today with some successful negotiations for lent off locations.
As they said from the start, a lot of the course content we already know and use, but I think they were quite intune to the areas that were specific to our daily tasks.
